John Gerring is a Professor of Political Science at Boston University. He received his BA, MA, and PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
His main research interests are methodology, comparative politics, and American political history. He has also addressed questions concerning the effectiveness of democracy in comparison to other forms of government.
