Robert Donaldson is the Trustees Professor of Political Science and Director of the Russian Studies Program at the University of Tulsa. He earned his A.B., A.M., and Ph.D. from Harvard University.
He is an expert in international politics, with emphasis on Soviet, Russian, and American foreign policies, and comparative politics, with emphasis on the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation.
