Radhika Balakrishnan is a Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies and executive director of the Center for Women’s Global Leadership at Rutgers University. She has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from Rutgers University.
Her research interests include gender and development, gender and the global economy, human rights, and economic and social rights.
