Mustafa Kibaroglu is the Chair of the Department of Political Science and International Relations and the Director of the Center for International Security Studies and Strategic Research at MEF University in Istanbul. He earned his B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and M.A. in Economics from Bogazici University and his Ph.D. in International Relations from Bilkent University.
Professor Kibaroglu researches the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, Middle Eastern politics, and Turkish foreign policy.
