Roberta L. Millstein is a Professor of Philosophy at the University of California, Davis. She received her A.B. in Computer Science and Philosophy from Dartmouth College and he M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Professor Millstein’s work addresses the philosophical implications of technology and science, including the role of environmental and medical ethics in examining the moral problems of new technology.
