Walter Mebane is a Professor of Political Science and Professor of Statistics at the University of Michigan. Professor Mebane earned his B.A. in Government from Harvard University and his M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Political Science from Yale University.
His research deals almost exclusively with election forensics.
