Moises Arce is a Professor of Political Science and the Frederick A. Middlebush Chair in Political Science at the University of Missouri. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University, South Bend and M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of New Mexico.
Professor Arce researches comparative politics in Latin America with an emphasis on the political consequences of natural resource extraction.
