Aaron Cohen is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Haifa. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Haifa and M.Sc. and D.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Israel Institute of Technology.
His current research interests include commitment in the workplace and in particular organizational commitment and occupational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), cross-cultural research, work/nonwork relationship, counterproductive behavior in organizations.
