Matthew Nowlin is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the College of Charleston. He earned his B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
Professor Nowlin researches public policy with a particular interest in the policymaking process, environmental policy, and energy policy.
