Xun Cao is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Pennsylvania State University. He earned his B.A. in International Relations and French from the Foreign Affairs College and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
His recent research interests include environmental and energy politics, ethnic violence, and political geography.
