Stephen Asma is a Professor of Philosophy at Columbia College Chicago, where he holds the title of Distinguished Scholar, and a Fulbright Scholar (2014) in Beijing China. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Research Group in Mind, Science, and Culture at Columbia College Chicago.
Professor Asma works on the philosophy of the life sciences, and the theme of religion and science (especially Buddhism and Christianity).
