Nythamar de Oliveira is a Professor of Philosophy at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. He earned his B.A. and M.A. in Theology from Faculté Jean Calvin, M.A. in Philosophy from Villanova University, and Ph.D. in Philosophy from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Professor de Oliveira researches ethics and political philosophy with an emphasis on global justice in Kantian and Rawlsian thought.
