Baldur Thorhallsson is a Professor in Political Science and the Jean Monnet Chair in European Studies at the University of Iceland. He is also the Programme and Research Director at the Centre for Small States at the University. Professor Thorhallsson earned his PhD in Political Science from the University of Essex in 1999.
His research interests include small state studies, European integration and Iceland’s foreign policy.
